Three Ways To Order:

1. Use our shopping cart

you'll receive a confirmation email immediately after you place your order

another email will be sent to you after your order is shipped

2. Call us on the telephone

for small, light orders you'd like to receive at a lower rate than the shopping cart can offer, via First Class Mail

necessary for special orders and orders shipped outside the USA

if you have technical questions, need help making a decision, and/or want to request essential oil samples

3. Mail your order

please go through the shopping cart, including checkout

then use the Offline feature (located at the bottom right of the checkout screen) and print your order form

either fill out all the credit card info or enclose a check or money order.

Most items will be more cost effective when shipping USPS Priority Mail. Heavier orders are more cost effective via UPS. However, if you are ordering only one or two (1/4 - 1 oz) bottles for example, Iris Herbal can send an item First Class instead of Priority Mail for much less cost than the shopping cart will calculate.

For smaller orders, please call for special shipping during business hours at: 1-877-286-2970. You may also use the OFFLINE Payment Form and Iris Herbal Products will charge your credit card a reduced shipping amount than is indicated on the checkout form.

You will be notified by email of the amount charged to your account. Check or money order payments, please call for adjusted amount, prior to mailing the OFFLINE Payment & Form to Iris Herbal Products.

Please Note: The billing address and the shipping address must be the same. All orders are mailed to the credit card holder's billing address only. If you wish to ship a gift or products to another address, please use our OFFLINE Payment Form. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. This is a routine shopping cart security feature.

GUARANTEE: We carry only the highest quality products. You must be satisfied; should any dissatisfaction occur, your problem will be promptly and cheerfully corrected or your money refunded.

If a product does not meet with your approval, simply return it within a week or two after delivery, and we will replace it, exchange it, or refund your money, whichever you prefer. Any merchandise retuned for exchange or refund must be returned in a secure box. You must enclose a letter informing us as to the reason you are returning the merchandise and what you desire in exchange. Your phone number should also be included. Your package must be returned prepaid and insured or we will refuse it.

Boxes are carefully packed and insured. If damage or breakage occurs, file a claim with the SHIPPER immediately. If you haven't heard from us after four weeks, call us and we'll put a tracer on your package.

PLEASE NOTE: All essential oil sales are final. Please request a sample if you are not familiar with that oil.
