then use the Offline feature (located at the bottom right of the
checkout screen) and print your order form

either fill out all the credit card info or enclose a check or money
order.

GUARANTEE: We
carry only the highest quality products. You must be satisfied;
should any dissatisfaction occur, your problem will be promptly
and cheerfully corrected or your money refunded.
If a product does not meet with your approval, simply return it
within a week or two after delivery, and we will replace it, exchange
it, or refund your money, whichever you prefer. Any merchandise
retuned for exchange or refund must be returned in a secure box.
You must enclose a letter informing us as to the reason you are
returning the merchandise and what you desire in exchange. Your
phone number should also be included. Your package must be returned
prepaid and insured or we will refuse it.
Boxes are carefully packed and insured. If damage or breakage occurs,
file a claim with the SHIPPER immediately. If you haven't heard
from us after four weeks, call us and we'll put a tracer on your
package.
PLEASE NOTE: All essential
oil sales are final. Please request a sample if you are not familiar
with that oil.
