It soothes muscular aches and pains (when used in a massage oil: 10 to 12 drops per oz, or 5 to 6 drops per Tablespoon of carrier oil), helps increase circulation, reduces stress, and is both grounding and releasing (of emotional blocks).

  It's still winter, and this bath oil (made with balsam fir, pine, Douglas fir, hemlock spruce and a wee bit of birch essential oils in certified organic sunflower seed oil base) helps warm the body, ease the nerves, fight infection, and fortify the spirit.
