Respiratory Tonic Use: For symptomatic relief of colds and flu. To help relieve sinus and/or bronchial congestion, rub a few drops over the sinuses and/or lungs area twice a day or as necessary. Can also be rubbed over the throat or a few drops placed in a bowl of steaming water and inhaled.
