Sinus Release Use: To help clear the sinuses of congestion due to viral or bacterial infection or allergies: lay down, tilt head back, and drop one drop in each nostril. If the dropper touches the nostril, rinse with alcohol before returning to bottle. Friends call this combination "Sinus Bomb," and sneezing sometimes accompanies use!
