Cathy’s Comments: This is a lovely smelling (many are not) Roman chamomile from the USA, which proves that we can distill beautiful oils from ethically grown plants here in the States. If you are looking to reduce inflammation and/or have skin issues, get the German/Blue chamomile. If you want the better choice for sleep (it’s sedating) and pain relief, this is the chamomile to use. Both are calming and relaxing.
