Traditional uses and folklore: The oils in this blend are traditionally known to reduce and release anger, thereby allowing forgiveness of self and others to arise. According to Chinese energetics, the cooling aspect of Lavender, Chamomile and Helichrysum help to regulate and harmonize the liver, reducing irritability and tension as well as promoting and maintaining the free and even flow of chi, or vital energy, throughout the body/mind. Rose assists in not only cooling the liver but also nourishes the Heart-yin and restores well-being. Helichrysum is also excellent for removing the stagnant energy of deeply embedded negative emotions.
Skin: excellent for all skin types (especially sensitive and inflamed) and to help heal burns
Precautions: not for use during the first trimester of pregnancy; do not use before exposure to direct sunlight (neither is an issue if one only inhales the aroma)
