Traditional uses and folklore: the oils in this blend are ones traditionally known to help us deal with all aspects of stress. Similar to “Encouraging Forgiveness,” “Inner Peace” adds the cooling Sandalwood (central to many Asian spiritual traditions) which helps instill an experience of inner unity (where body, mind, emotion and soul/spirit may re-align). This blend is more sedating than “Encouraging Forgiveness.”
Skin: suitable for all complexion types (especially chapped, inflamed and damaged); skin infections
Precautions: not for use during the first trimester of pregnancy (not an issue if one only inhales the aroma)
