Precautions: This longer-distilled oregano has the milder molecules (over 80% carvacrol) balancing the more aggressive molecule (2% thymol). One of the most bactricidal essential oils, it is still a dermal toxin and skin/mucous membrane irritant if not used correctly. It must be very well diluted (0.5%) or diffused. Avoid during pregnancy.
